As a church family, we are committed to seeking God’s guidance and wisdom during this season of pastoral transition. We want to keep our congregation fully informed as we move forward in the process of finding the next Senior Pastor for Grace Baptist Church of Grafenwöhr, Germany.

Where We Are in the Process:

• Active Recruitment: The Pastoral Search Committee has formally posted the position across major theological and professional networks.

• Reviewing Candidates: We are actively receiving and thoroughly evaluating resumes, cover letters, and sermon samples from applicants who feel called to shepherd our unique, military-connected community.

• Prayer and Alignment: Our priority remains finding a leader who meets the biblical qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, possesses a deep shepherd’s heart, and understands the rhythmic, transient nature of life here in Grafenwöhr.

How You Can Partner With Us:
The most vital part of this process happens on our knees. We ask that you join us in praying regularly for:

1. The Search Committee: For spiritual discernment, unity, and wisdom as we review applications.

2. Our Future Pastor: That God would already be preparing the heart of the man He is calling to lead us, along with his family.

3. Our Congregation: That we would remain unified, steadfast in our local ministries, and deeply encouraging to one another during this interim period.
