9:45 Kids Sunday School, teen and adult bible studies & childcare

At 9:45 on Sundays there are Sunday School classes for every age from ages 3-12. The excellent Sunday School curriculum is graded for each level so that no matter what your child’s age, there will be instruction and practical application at his or her level. In addition, there is a Teen Bible Study and an Adult Bible Study during the 9:45 hour, as well as childcare for babies and toddlers up to 35 months old.

GBC is committed to partner with you in the spiritual training and discipleship of your kids. During the Morning Service we have K.I.D.S. Church classes broken down by age group. (K.I.D.S. means "Kids In Divine Service.”)

Classes are taught by dedicated teachers using first-rate curricula. K.I.D.S. Church is where kids can learn and be loved by dedicated, caring volunteer teachers, while having fun at the same time!

Our desire is for each of our teens to hunger for God and serve others. GBC Path Finders Teen ministry is a ministry that supports parents in their God-given roles of guiding their teens to faith in Christ, commitment to discipleship, and love for other. The Teen ministry includes…

• Sunday Teen Bible Study at 9:45 AM – Teens dive into God’s Word.

• Other Activities - With the recent loss of our teen leaders, things are in flux. Stay tuned for exciting upcoming changes!

• Serving the Body – Teens are encouraged to serve in ministry on Sundays, including helping K.I.D.S. Church teachers, greeting and other opportunities to serve God at GBC.

MULTILINGUAL ladies MINISTRIES

At Grace Baptist Church we have three Bible ladies studies for in languages other than English to meet the particular spiritual needs in those who struggle with our English language services or who just want to learn the Bible in their language of heritage.

• The German Language Ladies Bible Study meets Sundays at 5:30-7:00 PM in the church apartment. Childcare is provided and participants are invited to bring a dish. Click here for details.

• Korean Language Ladies Bible Study & Prayer meets on Thursdays at 10:30 AM. It usually meets at the church, but sometimes meets in private homes, so contact the POC below in case of change. Click here for details.

• Spanish Language Ladies Bible Study meets every 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at 9:30-11:30 AM at the church. Childcare is provided. Click here for details.

MEN’S BREAKFASTS

Our men meet for a Men’s Breakfast one announced Saturday each month at 9:00-11 AM at the church. We begin with a hearty breakfast served by some of our men in the church, after which we hear a testimony by one of our men. This is followed by viewing of our next session of 33: The Series, a DVD/discussion series that inspires and equips Christian men to pursue Authentic Manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ in the 33 years He lived on earth. A great time for food, fellowship and faith!

Small groups and homegroups are designed to help us further our walk with Christ while we fellowship with friends in a more intimate, relaxed atmosphere. Each week there is a time of fellowship prayer and Bible study and all homegroups have FOOD, as well as many small groups! This is a wonderful place to get connected with other believers, share with others your needs and struggles an serve one another.

Our new Singles Ministry is for single or unaccompanied young adults. Goals for the Singles Ministry include…

• The Singles Bible Study on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM at the church.

• Singles activities, such as trips other fun and relationship-building activities.

• Service ministry activities to serve our church, military community and the Grafenwoehr community.

WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY

GBC offers a morning and an evening Bible study twice a year for our women. The Fall session runs from around mid-September until mid-November. The Summer session usually runs from late January late March. A typical Bible study begins with a small meal and a time of fellowship followed by viewing a DVD by a major women’s speaker with discussion of the material covered.
